SCC's Digital Transformation Journey

SCC's digital transformation journey began three years ago with the introduction of Sabah Pay, a revolutionary payment collection app that has facilitated seamless transactions between the people and government agencies. Sabah Pay's success, with a total collection of RM46 million up to October 31, 2023, from 131,000 registered users, serves as a testament to SCC's commitment to digital inclusion and financial empowerment.

From the inception of the Sabah Pay app (since 2020) to the Yono Financing app (2023), Sunline has been playing a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the Yono Superapp as a technical strategic partner. Our team of experts, armed with extensive expertise in digital core banking, unwavering commitment to innovation, and a customer-centric approach, has been instrumental in shaping the app into a powerful tool for financial inclusion and economic growth.

The Yono Super App is a culmination of SCC's commitment to financial inclusion and so do vendors like us, our expertise in digital core banking. The partnership has enabled the creation of a unified financial ecosystem that consolidates three key applications such as Sabah Pay, Yono Financing App and other ecosystems, into a single, user-friendly platform. This integration eliminates technical obstacles, streamlines the user experience, and paves the way for rapid development and deployment of new features and functionalities.
