Provide targeted training for application software, key equipment, system software and banking services to help users improve their skills, business and maintenance capabilities. Sunline has set up the following training courses for different departments and objectives in the bank:
• Basic training - All project team members are required to participate in basic understanding of system construction objectives and applications;
• Business training - business analysis, audit and end-user training;
•Technical training - System related technical team including system development, equipment maintenance and operation management of the third-party software;
• System management training - System administrators including user management, printer management, message management, interface management etc;
• Customized training - Special training courses as required in accordance with the requirements of the bank. Sunline consultants will work with customers to provide analysis, targeted training proposals and preparation of training courses.
